One AI hub. Your systems. Your rules

The SowBold AI Hub connects the software you already run to approved AI models. Every answer stays tied to your current SOPs, policies and permissions. When something changes, it rechecks before it acts, and nothing leaves the building without a person's OK.

  • Works with your current tools
  • People approve every send
  • Every decision logged

Now in development. Pilot spots open first to Largo and Pinellas County service businesses, one workflow at a time.

What it does

Six jobs off your team's plate.

Start with one workflow. Add the next when the first one earns its keep.

First up

SOP assistant

Ask how something gets done here. Get the current SOP, step by step, with the source attached. No binder, no guessing which version is right.

First up

Customer inquiry drafts

Questions from email, chat, text and web forms get draft replies built from your real policies and schedules. A person approves before anything sends.

Employee policy answers

Staff ask about time off, procedures or dress code and get answers only from sources they're allowed to see. Employment decisions stay with people.

Everyday workflows

Intake, follow-ups, handoffs and reminders move between your systems. Any change to a system waits for a person's approval.

On-brand marketing

Drafts that sound like you and follow your brand rules, because the hub already knows them. You approve before anything posts.

Plugs into what you run

Your CRM, scheduling, documents, inbox and chat, connected to approved AI models. No rip and replace.

How it stays right

Getting an answer is easy. Keeping it right is the hard part.

Policies change. Permissions get pulled. Tasks hop between AI models and apps. The hub is built to keep track of all of it.

  1. 01

    Every task gets a record

The facts it used, where they came from, who can see them, which SOP applies and what it's allowed to do. All version-stamped.

  2. 02

    Changes get caught

When a policy updates or a task moves to another model or app, the hub flags everything that depended on the old version.

  3. 03

    It rechecks before it acts

Conclusions that no longer hold get dropped. Hard rules are checked automatically. Gray areas go to a person, with the evidence.

  4. 04

    A person signs off

Nothing goes to a customer and nothing changes in your systems until someone on your team says yes.

Guardrails

Built to be trusted with the keys.

AI should speed your team up. It doesn't get to make the calls.

  • People approve

Every outward message and every system change waits for a person on your team.

  • Need-to-know inputs

Claude and other hosted models only receive the information they're authorized to see.

  • Local when it counts

Work that has to stay in-house can run on a local model instead of a hosted one.

  • Your infrastructure

Where feasible, the control layer and knowledge base live on systems you manage.

  • Everything logged

Model versions, sources, approvals and decisions are recorded, so you can see what happened and why.

  • People decide on people

Employee policy answers come from permission-scoped sources. Employment decisions stay with authorized humans.

Who it's for

For teams running on too many tabs.

Small and midsize service businesses with good people, disconnected software and know-how scattered across records, documents and staff.

  • Healthcare practices
  • Professional services
  • Home and trade services
  • Agencies
  • Multi-location teams

First pilots start in Largo and Pinellas County, Florida.

Sound familiar?

  • The answer lives in one person's head. They're on vacation.
  • The SOP binder is two policy changes behind.
  • Your team copies and pastes between five systems all day.
  • The chatbot quoted last year's prices. Confidently.

Nodded at two of these? You're who we're building it for.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is the AI Hub available today?

It's in development. We're opening it to a small group of pilot businesses first, starting with customer inquiry drafts and SOP help. Join the pilot list and we'll talk through fit.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. The hub connects to the systems you already use, like your CRM, scheduling, documents, inbox and chat.

Which AI models does it use?

Approved models you sign off on, including Claude and other hosted models. Hosted models only receive the inputs they're authorized to see. Work that has to stay in-house can run on a local model.

Will it send messages or change things on its own?

No. A person on your team approves every outward message and every change to your systems.

Where does our information live?

Where feasible, the control layer and knowledge storage run on infrastructure you manage. Model versions, sources, approvals and decisions are logged, so you can always see what happened and why.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers from whatever it was handed last. The hub keeps a record of where each fact came from, who can see it and which rules apply, and rechecks when any of that changes.

What does it cost?

It depends on the workflows and systems involved. We scope it with you before anything starts. No surprises.
